Cancellation & Late Policy

 

At Molly Moon Salon your appointments are very important to us, and are reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours for cancellations. As of September 1st 2019, we will be enforcing the following cancellation policy.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Any cancellation / reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge up to 50% of the services.

• Late arrivals: Please note that if you are more then 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service in full or may have to reschedule the appointment entirely.

• All November and December “No-Shows” will be charged the full amount of the services scheduled.

 

As a courtesy, we make confirmation calls 2 business days prior to your appointment date and offer email and text reminders upon request. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates.
